About Daniel

I’m a Registered Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr), Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and Sleep Specialist with extensive educational, research and clinical experience in the fields of nutrition, psychology, stress management, health education and behaviour change.

I’m passionate about educating, inspiring and supporting individuals to improve their health through a natural, evidence-based approach to functional and holistic medicine that focuses on identifying the origins of health issues or concerns so that we can address the root cause of symptoms, reestablish health and build resilience into the future.

I live and work in Guernsey (Channel Islands), providing online training and services for my clients across the globe.
